★Non-crucible with heat exchanger, energy-efficient, environment-friendly;

★Using imported brand high-alumina anti-penetration refractory material, no adhesion of

slag;

★Using micro porous nano insulation board and aluminum fiber heat insulating

material, temperature of the furnace wal is low;

★The control system adopts Mitsubishi and Siemens PLC mode + touch screen mode,

and the temperature control instrument adopts Omron and Fuji brands, ensure quality

stability, accuracy of temperature control, and longer lifetime;

★Using high pressure direct flame bumer, ensure longer lifetime and lower burning loss of

the material （≤1.5%）；

★Online degassing device can be installed according to customer's demand;

★Melting capacity: 100KG/H-1000KG/H;

★Heating method: natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas or O# diesel (optional).
