LSW series aluminum scrap melting furnace(non-crucible design)

Using high aluminum refractory penetration material, no sticky residue, no slag, lining life is around five years.

Using micro  nano heat insulation plate and aluminum fiber insulation materials, the average temperature rise of furnace wall is low.

Control system using MITSUBISHI PLC mode, temperature control instrument with Japan, the United States brand, quality and stability, temperature control accuracy, long life.

Using high perssure direct flame burner, long service life, less than 1.5% of material loss.

According to customer needs to install online degassing device.

Melting capacity:200KG/H---3000KG/H.

Heating method: natural gas, liquid  gas or 0#Diesel(customer optional).


      At present, the main methods of melting aluminum scrap in China are crucible melting, inermediate frequency induction furnace melting , low frequency induction furnace melting and direct melting and so on . The biggest shortcoming of the above method is that the  heat efficiency is low ,the pollution is serious, the life of furnace and rotary furnace of smelting aluminum scrap equipment currently in the world. Wells aluminum scrap melting furnace is aluminum scrap melting equipment which is widely used abroad, is currently the world's most trendy. Mainly used for aluminum scraps, cans and aluminum smelting section. Side well aluminum scrap melting furnace belongs to a reverberatory furnace. using continuous melting aluminum scraps technology, when the furnace melt is full, it will drained half of furnace, then continue to melt the remaining half. Aluminum alloy recycling peocess will be crushed, iron removal,removal of iron ,in addition to oil, dehydration, drying, in order to regenerate melt. To showm intention process of Aluminium scrap melting production line:aluminum scrap crushing conveying machinge→pt(screw conveyor)→aluminum chips automatic material→lifting gear→a centrifugal separator(place fo water)→magnetic separation→removal of iron→rotary calcination[rotary drying furnace]→lifting mechanism→a storage hopper→cast into the melting furnace(by the material feed port).
