      At present, the main methods of melting aluminum scrap in China are crucible melting, inermediate frequency induction furnace melting , low frequency induction furnace melting and direct melting and so on . The biggest shortcoming of the above method is that the  heat efficiency is low ,the pollution is serious, the life of furnace and rotary furnace of smelting aluminum scrap equipment currently in the world. Mainly used for aluminum scraps, cans and aluminum smelting section. Side well aluminum scrap melting furnace belongs to a reverberatory furnace. using continuous melting aluminum scraps technology, when the furnace melt is full, it will drained half of furnace, then continue to melt the remaining half. Aluminum alloy recycling peocess will be crushed, iron removal,removal of iron ,in addition to oil, dehydration, drying, in order to regenerate melt.
