    1. Economic, environmental and high efficiency energy utilization

    Use LPG or LNG as the energy, and self-developed burner.The generated heat is conveyed to the deflector on both side of the furnace through the circulation fan which is installed dooryard.

    2.Stable and homogeneous auromatic temperature control 

    In order to maintain the temperature stability inside the furnace, the furnace body is segmented along its length and the temperature of each region is measured. Regarding to the automatically set temperature, use the operation of PID to control the buring of burner, to ensure the actual temperature inside the furnace within the scope of + 5^○C of the international standard, and the product yield reach 100%.

    3.Precise burning control

    Based on the signal from the temperature adjustor, as well as the connecting rod between air and fuel gas for combustion and control electromotor, the air valve and fuel gas valve can work automatically, and the rario of air and fuel gas is precisely controlled by the flow control valve via feedback flow control of the combustion-supporting air pressure. Thus the buring capacity is precisely controlled.
