★Using aluminum fiber heat insulating material, ensure average temperature of the furnace wall is low;

★Using Taiwan brand controllable silicon (PID control), temperature control accuracy is high;

★The temperature of liquid aluminum and furnace atmosphere are both under control, so as to improve the accuracy of aluminum temperature control and reduce energy consumption;

★The panel and cover of the body uses casting material, low deforming.

★Heating method: electric resistance wire or electric resistance belt、silicon carbide (optional).
