★This furnace is designed for melting and holding of aluminum alloy and zinc alloy;

★Using integral molding of refractory bricks or high temperature resistant castable material, ensure longer lifetime of the furnace lining;

★Separate the melting and holding, good and stable quality of aluminum liquid,less dross and hydrogen;

★Using aluminum fiber heat insulating material, ensure average temperature of the furnace wall is low;

★The protective tube of liquid aluminum thermocouple is made of silicon nitride, which does not lead to iron or silicon contamination, and ensures a long service life;

★The temperature of liquid aluminum and furnace atmosphere are both under control, so as to improve the accuracy of aluminum temperature control and reduce energy consumption,holding temperature control accuracy is around ±5℃;

★Melting capacity: 50KG－400KG/H ( crucible capacity for liquid aluminum is 150KG-1000KG);

★Combustion mode: Italian Baltur brand nozzle heat exchanger;

★Rotation mode: electric reducer and manual mode;

★Heating method: natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas or 0# diesel (optional).
